HOW WE WORK
Our Process
1. Getting in Touch
Most clients reach out via email - and we like it that way. It’s personal, direct, and allows us to get a sense of your project straight away.

Based in Henley-on-Thames, we serve homes within an hour’s drive across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire.

Our projects typically involve homes valued at £2–3 million.

We work best with clients who are ready to start the interior design journey - not still in planning or searching for builders.
2. Discovery Call & House Visit
We’ll arrange a brief introductory call. If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule a home visit.

Before we visit, you’ll complete a short design questionnaire to help us understand your style, needs, and goals.

An initial consultation fee of £120 secures the visit and ensures commitment.

During the visit, we assess the house, discuss your aspirations, and offer insight into the project’s potential.

We follow up with a clear Scope of Work, including our design fee of £7,200 incl. VAT for whole-house designs. (We work on a minimum of two rooms.)
3. Design & Presentation
Once commissioned, we begin the creative journey.

We measure and photograph the property.

Within 2–3 weeks, we present tailored schemes for each space: layout, lighting, flooring, window treatments, furniture, accessories, and heating.

You’ll receive a beautifully curated ideas book and a detailed cost spreadsheet to help guide decisions.
4. Refinement & Quoting
Designs are rarely final on the first go - we expect (and welcome) feedback.

We tweak the schemes accordingly.

Trades are invited on-site to measure and quote: decorators, electricians, plumbers, curtain makers, etc.

We finalise itemised costs so you can confidently assess the investment required.
5. Procurement & Scheduling
On approval, we bring it to life.

We invoice for the balance of the design fee and the first tranche of goods.

We order materials and liaise with all suppliers and trades.

We coordinate timings, manage installations, and keep you updated via WhatsApp and shared documents.
5a. Trade & Site Management
We pride ourselves on managing projects with precision and care.

We produce detailed specification documents for every trade involved, ensuring clear direction and minimal disruption.

We make frequent site visits to monitor progress and quality of workmanship.

Behind the scenes, we stay on top of lead times, deliveries, and installation schedules so nothing falls through the cracks.

We coordinate timely delivery of all goods and materials, troubleshooting any delays or snags before you even notice.
6. Completion & Styling
The final flourish — where everything comes together.

We oversee installations and snagging.

Once the furniture and accessories are in place, we photograph the finished spaces.

You return to a transformed home, styled and ready to enjoy.
7. What You Can Expect

Total transparency: all goods charged at RRP, no hidden fees.

Trade fees invoiced separately, only once work is approved.

Flexibility where needed - supplier delays happen, but we stay proactive and communicative.
