Step 1 – Initial Contact

  • We’d like to know a little about your plans – the stage you’re at, what you hope to achieve, your time line and a rough idea about how much you’d like to spend.

Step 2 – Full Design & Decorative Scheme

  • We assess the site and discuss your tastes and lifestyle then agree a formal scope of work.
  • We present initial designs – layout options, a variety of samples (fabrics, wallpapers, paints) furniture and lighting ideas.
  • We develop scheme to incorporate your comments and then present final design.  This is a collaborative and fun process.

Step 3 – Sourcing, Ordering, Delivery

  • As part of the design service and initial investment, we source, order and arrange delivery of all items
  • All furniture, fittings and equipment are supplied at RRP.
  • We provide shopping days – great for inspiration, they are also invaluable for assessing colour and comfort.

Step 4 – Project Co-ordination

  • We coordinate suppliers, monitor the budget and timeline, and ensure as smooth a process as possible for you.
  • We recruit the right trades for the job, oversee quotes, schedule, materials and timings.
  • You are kept up-to-date and informed of all decisions but will be spared the day-to-day and time-consuming hassles.
